From Day One, Strategic Integrators has been committed to extraordinary customer service and earning the role of Trusted Advisor for every client we serve
Strategic Integrators was founded in 2006 on a simple premise: that a business committed to extraordinary client service, technical excellence, and meticulous follow-through would thrive. Today, our success is measured by a loyal list of clients across corporate and government sectors—and by our four-time recognition on the Inc. 5000 list. This growth is the direct result of our laser focus—from day one—on the mission and values that define us.
Mission & Values
The principles which make up our mission and values are more than just catch phrases for the team at Strategic Integrators. They are at the heart of what we're about, at the core of who we are. They are our focus every day, every week, every year. We believe that any success we’ve enjoyed has been because of our commitment to this mission and these values.
Mission
Strategic Integrators is committed to becoming one of the leading boutique systems integrators in the U.S. and around the globe. We will achieve this with an unswerving commitment to: 1) hiring exceptional people at every level within the organization, 2) pursuing every opportunity to become trusted advisors for our clients with passion, professionalism, and tenacity, 3) maintaining a company-wide atmosphere of candor, creativity, and fun, and 4) upholding the Company’s core values every day, every week, every year. As we do so, we will build an ever-growing cadre of clients and employees who are fiercely loyal to our brand and our firm, thus ensuring the establishment of an enduring, great, and profitable company.
Values
Four core values comprise the foundation upon which Strategic Hardware is built: unyielding integrity, excellence, follow through, and win/win. With a focus on extraordinary customer service and an adherence to the ideals behind these key values, Strategic Integrators commits to completing every job with the success of the client at the forefront. As we hold to this focus and these values, we will also realize the goals of helping our clients achieve their missions, benefiting the lives of our employees in important ways, and with the larger vision of using our success to help better the world always before us.
