Stewart founded Strategic Integrators (then Strategic Hardware) in December of 2006 in the belief that a firm focused on providing extraordinary client service and excellence could thrive in the marketplace. Almost 20 years later, the success of Strategic has borne proof of the importance of focusing on clients first and foremost. Stewart and his wife of 45 years, Patty, have 4 children, 5 grandchildren, and one incredibly great golden retriever, Scout. Mr. Sonneland is also active in his community currently helping lead a college-aged Christian fellowship group, The Well.

Josh joined Strategic Integrators as President in 2026, leading new business initiatives, finance and corporate strategy. Josh brings over 18 years of experience in financial services, primarily in sales and investing roles in the hedge fund and private equity space. Josh played Division I soccer at Davidson College in North Carolina. He lives in Connecticut with his wife and three kids.

Carl is Strategic's longest-tenured employee, having spent the past 13 years with the firm. His attention to detail and analytical approach to strategic decision-making have been instrumental to our sustained growth as a company. A Washington state native, in his free time, Carl enjoys spending time with his family, watching live music and is an avid volleyball player.

Jake joined Strategic Integrators in 2026 after previous experience in financial analysis, operations management, and nonprofit leadership. He brings a detail-oriented and relationship-focused approach to the company’s day-to-day operations, helping support both internal processes and client success. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Jake enjoys exploring the outdoors, playing music, participating in endurance races, and investing in Christian community.

Ellie connects our executive office with the broader Strategic team to keep daily operations moving toward our long-term company goals. Bringing expertise in organizational management, logistics, and workflow automation, she keeps major initiatives and event execution on schedule. Ellie focuses on making sure Strategic's team has what it needs to succeed, translating executive vision into a strong company culture and — most importantly — extraordinary client outcomes.

Outside of the office, Ellie is happiest when she's out on the water in the Pacific Northwest, challenging friends to a game of pickleball, spending quality time with family, and fueling her days with a great cup of coffee.

Jamie has over 30 years of experience leading technology businesses, including engineering, sales, data center/cloud operations, AI/ML infrastructure, and high growth/large scale company management. He has been both the founder/CEO of startup companies as well as Chairman and CEO of Nasdaq and NYSE publicly traded companies. Jamie has driven the development and sales of award-winning software, hardware, and cloud services, and managed large businesses at public companies, including Cisco, Seagate, and Quantum.

Joanna brings deep expertise in corporate strategy and legal leadership to our Advisory Board. We are continuously grateful to have a professional who inherently understands the unique complexities of a variety of industries.

As Chief Pro Bono and Social Impact Officer at Davis Wright Tremaine, Joanna drives nationwide legal aid and builds strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies, while maintaining an active practice advocating for survivors and nonprofits. President of the Board for the Legal Foundation of Washington and former Pro Bono Partner at another leading Seattle firm, Joanna was honored as the FBA's Pro Bono Attorney of the Year and received UW’s Woman of Courage Award.

Brandon brings deep expertise in wealth management and financial strategy to the Strategic Integrators Advisory Board, providing invaluable analytical guidance to our leadership team.

As a Managing Partner at Silvia McColl Wealth Management, he oversees portfolio construction and financial planning, building on his previous experience managing high-net-worth portfolios at Morgan Stanley. Brandon also brings a unique history to the board, having spent two years on the Strategic Integrators team (2012–2013) developing the firm's early business strategy. He graduated cum laude from the University of San Diego, where he currently resides.
